Selecting a shipping destination

At the first step of the check-out process, Personal and Delivery Data, the shopping cart will use your shipping address information in order to calculate shipping costs. If you change the address information, the site will automatically provide you with updated shipping costs.

Before your order is processed, you will see one final confirmation screen. This confirmation screen will allow you to verify that the shipping information is correct before you continue.

If you haven't received your order in a timely fashion, or you believe there has been a delivery error, please contact us at Ishtar Publishing customer service.

If you live within the United States or Canada, please provide us with a physical address rather than a Post Office Box address. Often our secure carriers will not deliver to post office boxes. We are unable to provide tracking information for packages sent to countries other than US, UK, and Canada. Tracking information isn't available with all shipping options.

Please note: We are unable to ship to Islamic countries that forbid purchase of esoteric books, such as Saudi Arabia. We also do not ship to Nigeria under any circumstances. While we will ship to countries in Africa such as Algeria or Asian countries such as Indonesia or Eastern European countries such as Romania, please be advised that unless you select secure super fast shipping, we will not be responsible for the arrival of your package and will not replace any product lost after it leaves the country of origin.

Please note: Please be advised that if you combine unreleased titles and released titles in your order and pay for combined shipping, your order will not be fulfilled until the unreleased titles have been made available. If you want your already released titles to arrive quickly, please place them in a separate order from the pre-ordered titles. Also, if you order a number of unreleased titles and pay for combined shipping, none of them will ship until they are all released.
